Pack smart and support the locals before you roll in.
WATER
Please fill your water tanks before arrival. We operate on rain water at Mt Trio - there is no mains water supply.
20 LITRE WATER CONTAINER
If you wish top up your water please bring a 20 litre container with you and water can then be purchase water during your stay for $5.00. Volunteers will assist you.
FULL TANK OF FUEL
Closest Fuel Amelup/ Gnowangerup/ Cranbrook.
SILENT GENERATORS
Only to run between 9am - 10.30am & between 4.30pm - 6.30pm.
BYO Chairs
One for your campsite and one to leave in front of the stage all weekend. Please be considerate, no high- back chairs in the stage setting area please.

The days can be warm but the temperature always drops at night in the mountains.

No Pets
Native wildlife are at the camp, so no pets are permitted.

- Shop local – The locals would love to see you shopping in one of our 3 towns – Gnowangerup, Borden and Ongerup.
- Gnowangerup is a terrific stop for supplies with the Gnowangerup Roadhouse for fuel and takeaway, Roast & Brew Café, a Post office, Chemist, Doctors Surgery, Hardware Store, IGA, and Gnowangerup 24 hr Fuel Stop
- CAFÉ SPECIAL– Roast & Brew CAFE on the main street in Gnowangerup are offering a special discounted ‘coffee and cake’ for all Music Muster participants on your way to the Muster on Thursday 30th October. Open 7am till 2pm
- GROCERIES – The Gnowangerup IGA has a terrific supply of groceries. There are also supermarkets on the way down from Perth in Katanning, Kojonup and small stores in Ongerup and Cranbrook.
- FUEL – Fuel is available in at the Gnowangerup Roadhouse, Gnowangerup 24/7 Fuel Station crn Formby & Quins Rd and also at the AMELUP roadhouse on Chester Pass Rd. There is also a card only 24/7 Fuel stop in Cranbrook and Elders Borden has a diesel card only fuel pump.

Don’t forget if you wish to be on a site next to friends please arrive together or if you are in a pre-booked group please state the group’s name as well as your surname on arrival.

If you wish to camp with your friends then please you must arrive together. Hook up with your friends in the nearest town– CRANBROOK or GNOWANGERUP and arrive together OR even meet up at the “big guitar” in the driveway of Mt Trio Bush Camp & Caravan Park. That way we can allocate your camp sites together.

You will be greeted by our volunteers.
You will receive
- Your wrist band for the weekend
- The music programme for the weekend
- Map of the venue
- You will then be directed to your site.
Camp Life at Mt Trio
Your home under the stars! There is plenty of space at Mt Bush Camp & Caravan Park. Your ticket entitles you to three days of camping on an unpowered site.
Toilets, showers, a large camp kitchen and drinking water is available. Water however is limited so please fill up your vans before arrival as we rely on rainwater – there is no water supply from town! No Pets please as we border the National Park.
Getting Around
John’s back running his passenger train throughout the weekend to ferry people from their vans to the stage area.
Evacuation
There are two exits from Mt Trio Bush Camp & Caravan Park. In the unlikely situation of an evacuation please follow instructions announced over the PA and those given by the team of volunteers who will go from van to van.
Follow these instructions immediately and proceed to the muster points at the farmhouse or at the exit to the farm. At the muster points, you will then be advised on the safest route to leave the area by.
There is a map of the exits and muster points on the back of the Music Muster Program.
Defibrillator & First Aid Kit
A first aid kit and a DEFIBRILLATOR are located in the Bluff Knoll Ski Club HQ (camp lounge) next to the Camp Kitchen.
If you are unwell we also have nurses on site and have the local volunteer St John’s on standby for the weekend. Hopefully they won’t be needed.

Your PRE-ORDER FORM from “Award Winning Local” Shepherd’s Hut Wines can be downloaded here. Follow the ordering instructions. It makes it easy and cheaper to preorder – simply order with Shepherd’s Hut and just pick up your wine order when you arrive. One less thing to pack.
